. When you resieve the confirmacion of availability please check if the dates and the number of people are correct. If you are coming with babies please let us know so that we can provide a baby cot.
. Please indicate if you need additional cleaning service it coud change the total price of the reservation.
. The rental contract should be signed when you arrive at your Barcelonaapartament apartment in Barcelona.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE MINIMUM STAY IS 3 DAYS
. When you receive confirmation of the availability of the apartment, you pay 25% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION. You can pay by credit card using the secure PayPal facility. (Click reserve) If you send us your card details on the website, all information will be transferred to a secure server to guarantee the privacy of your details.
. The prepayment is necessary to complete your reservation. The remaining 75% must be paid in cash or by credit card on arrival at the apartment.
. Important note: your reservation will be COMPLETELY VALID once the 25% has been charged to your card and you have received our confirmation.
. Once your card payment has been authorised, we will send you confirmation of your reservation along with information about arrival, departure and the rules of the accommodation.
. Please bear in mind that the 25% prepayment of the total amount will not be returned in case of cancellation. In the case of completely prepaid reservations, please read the cancellation conditions.
